In a ring group, multiple call staff can be answering the phone. It would be helpful to know on Analytics which user is taking how many calls, and for how long.

Call Recording that continues after Transfer

It's really an issue. We have gatekeepers that field initial calls, and then transfer to the appropriate rep. The problem is that the call recording STOPS at the transfer. That is just crazy. We need this fixed asap!

Ability to select the amount of times the auto-receptionist repeats herself without caller action

The default amount of times it repeats itself is 3. But if it's a collect call the call would drop before the recording finishes the 3 cycles. We would prefer to select the amount of times it repeats.
