Configure Notifications for Received Text Messages, to be user specific, or to exclude numbers.

We would love to be able to configure Notifications for Received Text Messages, to not send notifications for specific numbers.As there are a few numbers that we SMS all the time. (My team members), and I do not need notifications for them.

Ability to select the amount of times the auto-receptionist repeats herself without caller action

The default amount of times it repeats itself is 3. But if it's a collect call the call would drop before the recording finishes the 3 cycles. We would prefer to select the amount of times it repeats.

If User Extension sets her line to DND, can it be arranged that Line 1 goes to For example:Line 1 = normal line. Line 2 = emergency 24 hour line. voicemail, but Line 2 rings her mobile number?

Adding the keypress to show in incoming call information when receiving a call

Usually, it will only show the number being dialed by callers and not including the keypress they have pressed. It would be great if keypresses dialed by callers should also reflect in the call information.

Callback prompt feature that alerts a user on the phone to call back, so when they get off the phone, they would have a blinking light and could pick up and call back the person who left you the call back prompt.

Send calls to Teams in E164 format

Send calls to Teams in E164 format. Teams is expecting calls from Ring Central (direct routing provider) to be sent in E164 format, which is a standard. This would properly resolve numbers to our Teams and Outlook contacts.
