Allow monitoring on emergency 999/112 calls

We run a suicide prevention line and sometimes need to call 999. To support a volunteer to make a 999 call we need to us the *80/*81 live monitoring to support them though the call. Please could you enable this? Thanks

Needs to have way to receive an SMS Msg across multiple extensions....A bank can only send 2FA to one phone number but more than one user may need access to that 2FA code

A bank sends 2FA code via SMS. The same person in an accounting firm might not be loggin g in each time....the code needs to go to one of 3 or 4 extensions rather than the one person who isn't available today.
