Being able to export entire text threads could allow us to file information to keep for future use. It would be easier to communicate with clients if we can more easily refer to past conversations.

3-way call doesn’t show who you are connected to AND you can't remove one person from it. Can only end the entire call.

This will minimize call recipients' suspicion of unrecognized Caller IDs by identifying our outgoing calls as coming from a known and trusted business. It will also differentiate us from our competitors.
