Ability to reply to the New Text Message Notification
If you receive a New Text Notification in email, it would be great to be able to reply to it and have the reply message go back to the originator of the text. This would eliminate having to go in the RingCentral app to reply.
A feature needs to be added to the RC platform to allow for Cost Centers of an account to change the caller ID CNAM to identify that particular group/company with a different name than the corporate company.
All companies with multiple cost centers that have different names at the company's cost centers.
Right now, when we answer a queue call, our presence doesn't change and looks like we're available. It's important to show when we're on a call weather it be a Queue Call or not.
