We wish our devices to "ding" when a call is placed on park until someone takes the call.

Our users will be alerted to the park every 30 seconds until it is answered. This will help on our floor to make sure that a parked call does not go unanswered.

DND for Invisible Status

Make it so when you go invisible, DND is enabled as well so you do not get calls. We have receptionist that sometimes leave during office hours and the DND status makes it look like they are in the office still when they are not.
