Forward text messages to. another extension

My understanding is I can forward my extension to a colleague, but I can't forward my text messages. If I go out of town, I still have to deal with text messages. Can you fix this?

It would help us out a lot if there where some polycom key templates. our company uses a lot of polycom devices for our customers and there aren't any key templates.

Bulk Contact Upload for Polycom desk phone

Currently contacts have to be manually added to Polycom VVX 410 - the phone cannot pull the imported contacts from the RingCentral cloud. A resolution for this would be much appreciated.
