I would like to upload all my contacts in bulk rather than 1 at a time.

i would like to drag and drop a contacts database from excel into RingCentral. People in inspections, sales, or purchasing as well as other areas where they make numerous contacts would benefit from being able to import contacts in bulk.

Paging devices need improvement. It is impractical to have to dial a lengthy paging number and not even have it stored in the directory. By not offering this ability in Ringcentral, the users have to maintain a separate directory just for paging numbers. This is highly inefficient

Anyone that uses paging devices could benefit from this
