This would allow someone working with two different companies such as myself to differentiate by ringer the number the caller has dialed to reach the line. In a perfect world I could prepare myself and answer with the correct company greeting.

Auto reply that number is disabled for SMS

Currently, there is no auto-reply to the sender if the RingCentral number they are sending a text to is disabled for SMS. I am requesting to have a system-generated reply to a sender if the RC number they are sending a text to is disabled for SMS.
