Call Routing based on geographic location of incoming caller

We have support staff located across the United States and it would be nice to have a way to route calls if a caller calls from the western half of the US to go to western team, and calls from the eastern half of the US to go to our Eastern team.

When doing call forwarding I want to be able to play a recorded message then forward the call to another number

I have several locations, I want to be able when I close one location I want to be able to forward calls to my other locations. So Ideally I want a messega to be played saying that we are closed but they are being forwarded to another location.

How in the (digital) world is oit not possible to see the caller ID of an incoming call, when already engaged on the phone. We could see that with our old analog Panasonic phones from the 80's, and I'm told out that RingCentral does not offer that...

Customized fax template

The program does not allow for us to put the company info. in the template. I think this is a disadvantage because you are unable to say who the fax is to.

Add the ability to see if a user refused to answer a call or has ended a call.
