Alert users when being monitored

It would be great to have the option to enable alerts for users so that if they are being call monitored by someone they hear an audible alert.

Allow users to record snippets of calls

Allow users to record snippets of calls. If we turn on that ALL calls are recorded, it removes ability for agent to record snippets.

Add robocall blocking to user templates

Currently, robocall blocking must be enabled one at a time for user extensions. It would be easier if this setting (and trusted numbers) could be applied through a user template to many users.

Set more than two Display Settings options

It would be very helpful to our agents to see more than two Display Settings options at a time. For example, Queue Name, CallerID Name, CallerID Number, and Phone Number would all be wanted by our agents -- all four options at once. Thank you.
