Call log for transferred calls

In the "All Calls" section, having a transferred calls section would be helpful. I answer incoming calls. Knowing what I have done with that call would be nice. I have to keep a monthly call log on paper as to who I transferred it to, if I hung up...

Enabling one press Intercom from Polycom Deskphone

Our current set up on the desk phone allows us to call those employees set up our presence feature. There should be an option to change the settings so that instead of calling the user via one button press it instead intercoms that person.

Show DND status on Desk phone for colleagues to know.

Currently, when setting our desk phones to DND only the user can see the DND status. Other employees cannot see the DND status set. Need an update so everyone in the organization is on the same page as to who is or isn't available

Conference Call: Drop/Remove individuals during call

The ability to remove/drop individuals from a conference call instead of having to end the call for everyone and then call back the remaining individuals.

disable the rollover

We are a small town radio station and we do contests and don't need the rollover feature when giving stuff away. There should be a way to shut off the rollover feature, so as to give a busy signal to our contestants.

Standalone or Docked Chat Window

I notice when chatting with someone, I can't navigate to another area without leaving the chat. can you make it that the chat window can be docked to a corner of the Ringcentral Webapp or Desktop app. Kinda like google does their chat. Thanks.

User Voicemail PIN

User Roles that do not have “User Info” enabled in User Settings are unable to change their voicemail PIN. Enable user option within the voicemail box when dialing into the voicemail system
