User Performance Report KPIs - ADD KPI FOR #INTERNAL AND #EXTERNAL

It would be great to have a KPI for # Internal and # External such that we can compare these at user level without having to use the main filter to only explore one vs the other.

Make performance report subscriptions for M-F daily

Currently we are only able to send out daily reports everyday. Can you please set it where we can just send it out Monday - Friday?

Add % Abandon metric

Please include the % Abandon calls as a metric available for Live Dashboards as this is more effective in providing an insight into performance quickly rather than simply the number of abandoned calls. Thanks.

Call counts and handle time don't match performance reports / live reports

We make calls from RingOut in addition to using the desktop Phone app. The call counts are very different in LOB to the performance reports and live reports, does it include these?

User Status on Exported Performance Reports

Excel Exported Performance reports show the Status for all users as 'Active'. Including disabled or deleted users for lines that have been reset & reassigned for new staff. The results should reflect the current status of the users at the time...

Ability for the team to see who is logged in or out of the queue from RC app

We really would love to see our Team have the ability to see their co-workers who are logged in or out of the queue right from their RingCentral app. No need to ask their manager! This would be my #1 request before my other 20 request.
