option to not be logged out

I can leave the LOB page open all day and I can just hit refresh to get updated data but when I am in the admin area for like call ques, logs, etc. It always logs me out after a short amount of time.

Playback from LOB

Regular Figure Reports

It would be useful to get a weekly report emailed out regularly showing the number of calls made, time spent on the phone, missed calls etc. This would be useful to compare staff contact rates from a management perspective.
