Stopped Data - Hitting the red button

We like to know how many times our team 'hits' the red button rather than let it ring to completion without answering it. 'Missed' calls doesn't speak for how many times the customer service rep ignores the call by hitting the red button

Add time slot filter in Adoption & Usage.

We have a staff of recruiters that are on the phone a lot throughout the day. It would be extremely helpful to be able to run a phone usage report where we can filter in a set time slot. Example: April 3rd from 1:00 pm - 3:30 pm.

Disable the ability of the user to download the call recording but the customer wants still the extensions to have an access on the call recording, just disable the ability of the user on the extension to download the recording.

CSV as Analytics Subscription Option

You can subscribe to Performance Report using Excel format, but not CSV format. You can manually download the Calls tab in CSV format. We should be able to subscribe to the Calls tab in CSV format too.
