Ability to Create a QUEUE Group

Would be great if I could group Queues for overall, aggregate, report filtering purposes. You can currently do user groups.

Performance Report

Weekly auto reports delivered on Monday are awesome! However, it is behind one week. Example: I got on Monday Feb. 7th the report for week of January 24th - January 30th and not the report for Monday 31st - Feb. 6th.

Click to pull the report from live report

on the live report tab where you see the queue wise calls, we should be able to click on that and it should be able to give us the report of all the calls so that we can simply download the report from that tab only and we dont have to go anywhere...

Performance Report

It would be useful to select multiple queue information under the user tab so we can get an idea of the specifics for all queues separated without having to make a report for each queue under the individual user and specific queue

Last 24 hours performance report for call logs.

We would like to have a performance report that would allow me to ask for last 24 hours and set the time of day the report runs, in our case 3 PM each day.

Custom Dashboards with user reporting

It would be great to have custom dashboards so that we can have a User Group manager see analytics of just the users within his group

Total calls per department in Trend

When viewing the Total Calls trend, it'd be helpful to have the graph show the lines per department.

We have a global setup but due to data regulations we want to set access permissions to certain regions and sites, EG UK team can only see the UK sites in the analytics portal. At present, we cannot get this done via the roles. We need to be able ...

When I download a report, it has more fields but it's not clear what all the columns are for. Which columns are representing the caller and which are the called?
