Missed/abandoned call report that shows all available users at the time of the missed call. If there was a missed call at 1pm and users were available at the time, I'd like their status to be included in the report.

Resize the text within KPI widgets

The ability to resize the text within KPI widgets, this would allow these widgets to be displayed on a video wall enabling users to see KPIs from a distance. Currently the text is only one size so can become difficult to view from further away.

Who is on the phone? Live Reports Agent Details

Would like to be able to see who is on the phone. If my employee is on a call I would like to be able to see the number they are talking to and how long they have been talking. This would be a great asset to eliminate personal calls.

On live reports or performance reports, adding a count of abandoned calls to the agents, that did not answer the phone and as a result the call was abandoned would be very helpful to see trends of abandoned calls.
