after speaking with client or anyone from organization there is no sound indicate person hand up the call unless I go to app to see if they really hang up.
add call recording to performance reports call list
instead of filtering calls that were over a minute long(to filter ppl out who didnt answer) and then copy and pasting into call log on a separate window having it all in the same place would help a lot
I would like to see at a glace the distribution of each party talking on the call. The idea is to check who is talking (prospect vs. agent) and a percentage representation of that for each call.
Allow us to search for webinars based on the host, co-host, panelists. We want to find all events a person or group hosted and it also shows ones they attended.
