Search for user within role (eg, host only)

Allow us to search for webinars based on the host, co-host, panelists. We want to find all events a person or group hosted and it also shows ones they attended.

I would like to see a inactive user report

I would like to see a report of inactive users accounts, report of users that have not logged into RingCentral for 30 days.

Allow ringing to page extension for things like loud ringers and strobes

Can’t alert an Algo strobe when extension rings. Have radio studio that needs silent alerting and led of phone is too small.

Performance Report

It would be useful to select multiple queue information under the user tab so we can get an idea of the specifics for all queues separated without having to make a report for each queue under the individual user and specific queue

EYE STRAIN

It would be of benefit to have an option to have a dark mode on the site. Have a bright dashboard causes strain on the eyes.

AUX CODES

I would love to see Aux codes added as an option for agents. This would be so beneficial to document queue adherence, as well as hold accountable for breaks, lunch, meetings, etc.

leave off deactivated users from adoption and usage report

Could we leave off the deactivated or deleted users from the adoption and usage report since those persons are not longer working for the company.

Ring central reports to google sheets using zapier

I make myself a daily report and I have to click through ring central each day to create report in google sheets. I would like a way to have those metrics show up on one sheet every morning.
