Ability to Favorite Queues

Now that managers can see all queues, it is tedious to go through all to select their specific queue. The ability to "favorite/bookmark" queues would be very beneficial.

Add Option to Include Video Calls with Voice Call Performance Reports

This would give more accurate reporting for how many calls are made and how much time is spent on calls by employees, regardless of whether they're video or voice only calls.

Currently it's about 5 places you need to click and 2 websites to have the live reports dashboard up. We use the live reports everyday to monitor the que and its too many clicks each day to get to seeing it needs reloaded if you leave the website ...

Show Phone Device Status

The Rooms and Devices section of analytics only shows 'Rooms' devices. It should show the status of desk phones as well!
