Time out-of-queue not in a call

Users trying to build KPIs against time users are logged out of the queue and not in a call vs other performance metrics would benefit from being able to see time away from the phones without having to resort to third party paid integrations.

Include the local IP address of the client device, not just the public IP

Please include the client's local IP address and not just the public IP of the device a user is logged into and taking calls from. You could add this near the "Network Type"
