Add more outside forwarding options

Right now we're limited to 10 numbers to be forwarded to outside numbers. We need more because we're using Service Titan to track and monitor calls. We have close to 40 numbers, and all we can forward is 10.

Call Queue Settings

Call Queue setting should be done by the user - not by call q - if you have multiple call q this is very time consuming - you should be able to select call q by user.

The ability for Admins to check timestamps on when accounts were first created.

This would be a fantastic tool for us Admins to use to find accounts that have existed within a given date range or finding an exact account.
