To Check from user extension profile which call queue the extension belongs.

I will check the user extension instead and from there i will see on which queue the extension is in. Coz right now we have 100 queues, And its troublesome to check all 100 queues just to see which queue a specific extension is missing.

Have a text message sent should there be a voicemail in a specific mailbox extension.

It would be benefial if the RC system could send a text message to a single cell phone number or even a list of cell phone numbers so that when a voicemail has been left in a specific mailbox a group of people can be notified.

Customize messaging notifications by time/day
