There should be a way to globally turn off email notifications for emails and other aspects.

In case their is a phishing campaign and we need to temporarily halt email notifications without having to go through hundreds of users individually.

Fax Icon pointed to the fax extension

Please have an option to switch from one extension to another. Add an an option to send a Fax using the Fax Extension. Clicking on the Fax Icon while logged into extension 101 should switch or point to extension 1006 in our configuration.

Increase SMS Allocation

Please consider increasing the sms allocation. Unlimited sms has been downgraded to a very limited allocation which is not enough and we have to pay extra if we go over when we sign up for unlimited and other carriers still has unlimited sms feature.
