Hi! We would like to have a feature added for message notification to have an option to receive the notifications by email when we send a text message as well. This way everything can be kept and tracked via our email addresses. Thank you!
User Call log access for Managers of subsubordinate
I'm seeing a requirement, from a manager that would like to have access to the call logs that come in for their employee's, but they don't need access to the entire companies call log, just their dept.
Ability to have a custom role that can create a company custom rule and choose specific Groups where the call forwards while at the same time, the role should not have access to Phone System>Groups from the admin portal.
