Once you have added a custom cover page in the RC app we need to be able to set the default cover page as the default in the RC Admin portal. Speaking with support they said this can not be done currently.

Make the IVR prompt text-to-speech text box resizable.
Please allow users to resize the IVR prompt text-to-speech text box resizeable. The current text field size is nearly unusable for more than a sentence or two. Matter of fact, can you make all the text boxes resizeable?
Finding users in the Admin Portal would be much easier if you could sort by Last Name. Currently you can only sort by First Name. With 1800 users, there are lot more duplicate first names than last names.
Please allow for the bulk update and creation of limited extensions. The lack of this feature makes this product difficult to manage for larger organizations that have many spaces where a limited extension phone is more appropriate than a user phone.
