Please allow users to resize the IVR prompt text-to-speech text box resizeable. The current text field size is nearly unusable for more than a sentence or two. Matter of fact, can you make all the text boxes resizeable?

Create a tag, so that when I import contacts it is tagged per person who handles that caller/contact.

You should be able to list users by last name. When you have thousands of users you may be searching by last name.
