Block Outbound calls for specific departments/site

Be able to block certain users in different departments to have calls with specific phone numbers. Example, when you have two tier of sales. Make sure people that attract users to your platform are not calling our premium users.

There should be a way to globally turn off email notifications for emails and other aspects.

Call queue announcing which number caller you are in the queue waiting.

Customer requested to have an option to inform the customer waiting in the line on what number are they in the queue.

Remove access to turn off Queue calls

The agents can tur off queue calls and then they are out of the queue line. This access should be given to them. I know the queue manager can check who is turning off and on but still this access right can be created in settings and permissions.
