The customer wanted their call queue members to be notified and pick up another call even if they were already engaged in a call. Explain that we have a Pickup Feature but it will only work when the queue is full.

Fix caller ID for 800 numbers

Ringcentral can not display proper caller ID for 800 numbers. Even thier tech support 888-898-4591 comes out as HoneycombBotanicals. Not professional

Bulk updates and creation of limited extensions

Please allow for the bulk update and creation of limited extensions. The lack of this feature makes this product difficult to manage for larger organizations that have many spaces where a limited extension phone is more appropriate than a user phone.
