The ability to press a button in a voicemail greeting to break out to a specific extension. example:"I am not available to take your call, leave a message at the tone, or press 9 if this is an emergency to be transferred to XXX".

Add a filtering option that would show who opted in to "receive information on product education, training materials".

For every user, in user details/general tab there is a checkbox that states: "Yes, I would like to receive information on product education, training materials etc." I would like to be able to list all users with this box checked.

Remove ping noise on chat

can you get this stupid thing to stop making a ping noise every few seconds i cannot record my prompts. this app is so annoying, it makes that noise all the time, i can never leave this site up during the day b/c it continuously makes a beeping noise
