It would be good to have the ability to import a user's Presence set up so it can be applied to another user. I understand that there is User Template, but it would be time-consuming to set it up again.

After going into voicemail have an option to transfer to an extension or group
We would like an option after the caller goes to voicemail to select a key number like 0 to go back to an extension or group. Sometimes callers do not want to leave a voice and be transfered back to the someone else that can help them.
