RingCentral Video

We have this today for Ring Central Meetings and we import the data daily into our CRM but as folks start to use Ring Central Video, we don't have the same thing for those meetings. This is a major problem.

We would like to have the option to press 1 for leaving a voicemail on an extension and press 2 to be routed to a call queue. Key press isn't available on individual extensions currently.

It is extremely important to our group to be able to see the duration of video calls, but it seems to have gone away with RingCentral Meetings. Please consider bringing it back.

Please add tan and brown as options for hands and people emojis. There are only whites available and that's a huge oversight.

This option is available in RC Meetings but not RC Video. RC video merely displays a notification that recording has been started.
