When meetings are already in progress, sometimes a host needs to assign another individual in the meeting the host role. A new host may want to put participants into breakout rooms for small group discussion, the original host may need to drop out...

When we send our customers a meeting link, they have to download ring central specifically just to join. its an irritant to our customers.

An option from the Admin Portal to enable/disable RingCentral Video as feature of each extension.

RC video ,there is no option t record multiple times in one meeting. You are limited to 1 recording. We speak to multiple applicants in an hour and we need to have separate recordings for each under one meeting link.

Automatic forward calls to active meetings. Aside from switch to meeting, hope there would be an option to forward calls automatically to active meetings.

If a meeting is setup in 2 weeks from now, the meeting does not show up under the upcoming meetings tab. It would be helpful to show all upcoming meetings. Or, at a minimum show a certain number of meeting scheduled regardless of date in the future

We should be able to have lossless 4k video screen sharing on RingCentral Video. i.e. When two users have the same 4k monitor, they should be able to exactly represent the entirety of the sender's screen on the viewer's screen with no boarders or ...

I have clients that want to record a presentation or training program without an audience. Is it possible to transcribe these presentations/video recordings? At the moment the transcription only occurs if there are other participants

We use Ring Central to train remotely and when we had Ring Central Meetings, the annotation tools were extremely helpful for participant learning and engagement and now with Ring Central Video, there is only one choice for annotating on the screen...
