Forward the call to another user when direct number of user was dialed. Currently it is working on call queue calls not on direct extension calling.

On my iPhone, I am able to essentially add myself and all of my info as a contact and can text that to others. Please add this virtual business card feature to the RingCentral app so we can text folks all of our information. Thank you.

Be able to get a notification when a task it about to expire or upcoming event about to start. We can already set the time for the task or event, just need to get notify for it. Set the time for when we want to get the notification.

Our organization has multiple employees (about 9 employees) using the main line (extension 101) at different times of the day. We were told that there is a limit of only 3 devices logged in at one time... There are usually 3 or less people logged ...

The RingCentral app HUD (now also available for the desktop) currently allows manual rearrangement of user contacts, but it would be great if they could be sorted alphabetically with just a 'click'.

Would love to have the RC app show up in android auto and work with calls like the phone app or teams. It is currently for me not being treated like other messaging apps.

The Call Forwarding Feature from one extension to another extension is not yet available for RC Mobile App. That is why the user needs to download the RC Soft Phone on the desktop or use desk phone.Please add this feature.

If a user is at their desk they may not want the mobile app ringing as well.
