Remove the press 1 to answer a call thing. Every time we try to disable it it screws up the phone system

I'd like to request for an After Hours option for SMS notification. During After Hours I want a certain email to be assigned to receive those SMS notification.

We would like to see public parks on our office phones like private parks so that we can also see the amount of time a park is on hold

If you had a message that didn't retain to you but didn't want to delete it incase you needed to text that person again some day then you can find the messages.

Support on wireless headset

currently the RingCentral mobile app and desktop version only allows you to attach files and photos via text messages. Would be nice to extend that to being able to attach videos.

allow iphone to identify incoming call as a ring central call to separate business/personal calls
