Would like to add Cisco 562 Wireless headset with standard base (Model: CP-HS-WL-562-S-US) as Recommended Headsets for RingCentral | Following KB article 10180 for the List of Recommended Headsets for RingCentral Deskphones

The maximum allowed talktime using the Polycom phone is currently set to 4 hours by default and can be maximized up to 8 hours only. It would be better if we can set the hours of phone taltime to unlimited .

My VVX-450 phones only show the username on the screen. I think it would be a nice feature if the deskphone displayed its ext number on the screen. On a similar note, it would be nice if it displayed the DID of the phone as well. Of course, the be...

We have the forwarding feature enabled for our Polycom phones and would like the ability to see if forwarding is enabled on the RingCenral Admin Portal. It would also be ideal if the forwarding could be controlled as well.

We need to assign lines on our Poly phones with custom dialstrings which appears to be only possible through the admin web console. It sure would be nice if customization could be done through your web portal instead of having to void the warranty...

We need this as an option.
