Requesting feature to lock the settings of Polycom phone

We have new Yealink T57W Prime Business Phone and we cannot make them display that there are new messages waiting. Ideally I would like to have displayed how many new messages are left in the voicemail and how many messages have been checked/heard...

I would like to request the ability for users on active calls within a call queue to receive other calls to the call queue on both their desktop handset (Polycom VVX 350 & 450) and RC mobile/desktop app.

Please add the ability to manage certain physical features of the Phones from the Cloud UI, rathe than the phone webUI, which is no longer accessible on some phones due to the firmware version.

The maximum allowed talktime using the Polycom phone is currently set to 4 hours by default and can be maximized up to 8 hours only. It would be better if we can set the hours of phone taltime to unlimited .

We need to assign lines on our Poly phones with custom dialstrings which appears to be only possible through the admin web console. It sure would be nice if customization could be done through your web portal instead of having to void the warranty...

We need this as an option.

There should be a provisioning file for rtcpxr@rtcpxr.ringcentral.com so that MS teams devices can be registered with the RTCPXR server
