Wish "Forward" was a default softkey on the Polycom VVX phones instead of Intercom or Page. Even if you had a "More" softkey on the idle screen, that would let you get to a Forward softkey, that would be better than no Forward option at all.

I'm testing with the Mitel 480G enrolled in RingCentral.Found that I can start but can't end a call with the speakerphone button. I need to press the Line button.This functionality exists on the Polycom phones.

Since my company only has 1 paging extension/device, it would be best to bypass the paging announcement and set the paging button on my polycom vvx 350 phone set to the extension number of the paging device.

A number of features for phones are not available except from the admin GUI specific to the phone (such as the Yealink T48). On the phone page in the admin portal, can we add either a link to the individual phone GUI, or a display for the local IP...

As per Yealink engineer, softkey layout of the phone is the special design of RingCentral, which cannot not be changed. There were customer prefers to have option to customize it themselves.

Would like to be able to disable the Missed Call Popup on Yealink T48S (and other Yealink models). Would also like to disable the MissCall Power Light Flash.

Ring Central documentation states that it supports Yealink T58W phones. Unable to provision phone from portal, had to log a support case. Also, unable to add expansion model "exp50" at all, even though you can on lower models in the portal.

With the new Co-Recipients feature for voicemails, especially for Message-Only Extensions, it would be beneficial for RingCentral to be able to turn on the Messages Light on the Poly VVX phones. This would provide a visual indicator that a message...
