Our MVP standard account doesn't give us the ability to disable the DND softkey on phones per user/phone. We are looking to upgrade our account (for a different reason), but do any of the plans give the ability to control access to the DND softkey...

Self explanatory I think... If not then... Have the ability to quite an incoming call by flipping the phone over or pressing one of the volume or power buttons. Similar to the phones setting offered by the mobile devices manufacture.

A number of features for phones are not available except from the admin GUI specific to the phone (such as the Yealink T48). On the phone page in the admin portal, can we add either a link to the individual phone GUI, or a display for the local IP...

As per Yealink engineer, softkey layout of the phone is the special design of RingCentral, which cannot not be changed. There were customer prefers to have option to customize it themselves.

There is a default value called the Inter Digit Timer on a J139 desk phone. This timer controls the amount of time you can pause while entering a number on the phone before the phone dials the number you've entered. I don't know if it also exists ...

The method of using the mobile app and the desktop app in conjunction with the web login both worked, but the method is way too involved for the Users.

You can program a page button but it will not work correctly.

Add the ability to flip a call that originates on Desk phone to the RC app on my mobile device so we can continue the call if we need to leave the office. Support advises that currently flip is one-way, from Mobile to Desk phone, but doesn't work ...

Need the ability to program softkeys outside of the GUI which resets daily

Coming over from Mitel and having the ability to see which voicemails are which on a screen would be very helpful to my users. Mitel had Visual Voicemail where I could see who the message was from and select that message instead of checking them all.
