It is more easier and efficient if the RingCentral desktop app. allows editing the notes section on the uploaded custom cover sheet for fax inside the application itself, instead of editing it outside the app. Then, reupload it again on the app.

You should definitely have this option. Sometimes a quick thumbs up or an emoji is the fastest and best way to answer a text.

The response area for reply to an email can be expanded, but it is still extremely small. Also when you click the expand button it minimizes when you click out of the box. It needs to be a lot bigger.

On the help page for the both the mobile and desktop app, if you scroll down there's a "Suggest Feature" link that leads to https://ringcentral-app.ideas.aha.io/ Where are we supposed to post feature requests? There or here?

Hi there. It would be very handy if RingCentral were available in the macOS share sheet (dev info here). RC is in the iOS and ipadOS share sheets, but forgotten for macOS it seems.

Currently, all recorded calls can only be found under RingCentral's side. It is better if it can also be found on Hubspot's interface.

How in the (digital) world is oit not possible to see the caller ID of an incoming call, when already engaged on the phone. We could see that with our old analog Panasonic phones from the 80's, and I'm told out that RingCentral does not offer that...

It would be a great idea if we could personalize the user status when on a call using RingCentral for Microsoft Teams. At the moment when the user is on a call, it is showing "Busy" and it would be great if we could change it to "On a Call"
