A report that shows days of the week and hours of the day so you can plan for staff during the busiest times of the week/month/year.

Presently I can only make my dashboard private or public. However I would like to be able to just share my dashboard with specific individuals only in order to ensure certain information remains private to specific areas of the business.

It would be great to see a metric that counts the calls that are actually answered by users instead of just inbound.
