Support Jabra Suite and Jabra Headsets

Can we please get integration with the Jabra Suite (as a soft phone) so we can support the physical buttons on the headsets for call hang up / mute / busy light. I am speaking specifically to the Jabra Evolve line of headsets.

Desk Phone and Desktop application Sync

It would be useful to sync the desktop application with the physical desk phone so that when clearing voicemails both are updated. OR when a call is answered on the desk phone it doesn't appear as missed in the desktop application

Block or Text 5 Digit Numbers

Automatically add assigned numbers to SMS Campaign

It would be very useful if any new number added to the account(s) be automatically added to the SMS Campaign otherwise it will be a step administrators will forget to do and the new phone user will not be able to use their text function.
