Fax transmission notification to include copy of fax.

Since fax history is only available for 30 days, the transmission notification email should have an option to include the fax as an attachment.

Add AWAY Option for chat

We (my entire work team) would like the option to set our chat status to "Away" as well as to add text along with it. Right now, the only options are Available, Not Available and Invisible.

Call queue: Send Group Voicemail to multiple Extensions

Being limited to sending Group Voicemails to an email only, should be updated to allow for sending Group Voicemails to Multiple extensions. Some users may not have access to email when in remote locations such as mines.

Classes of Service

Please consider adding classes of service to enable and disable certain functionality per user. This can prevent a lot of unwanted behavior on the Ring Central platform created by new users changing settings without realizing what they do.

It would be useful to have limited extension phone that would autodial an extension ie operator. This would be used in a lobby area where they would need to speak with an operator before entering.
