I'd like to be able to block these type of numbers. We receive 1-2 SPAM messages a week from 5 digit numbers.Note: This conversation was created from a reply on: Unable to send SMS to a 5-digit number.

Desk Phone and Desktop application Sync

It would be useful to sync the desktop application with the physical desk phone so that when clearing voicemails both are updated. OR when a call is answered on the desk phone it doesn't appear as missed in the desktop application

Remove missed call from queue members if answered

Remove the missed call notification for queue members when another queue member answers the call. Only display missed call notification when no one in the queue answers the call.

Add an OPT Out Signature line to SMS message automatically

Since it is required by TCR that all SMS messages to clients have an opt out message , it would advantageous to have a feature where this message is auto populated on all messages sent through our ring central app.
