Send unanswered call in queue to IVR instead of VM
After the maximum wait time is reached, I would like to be able to send a call in the call queue to an IVR rather than the voicemail of that queue. Right now, the only option that I have is to send the call to voicemail.
Would love the ability to pull reports for things like talk time and total calls over the course of weeks or months at a time vs. needing to pull all of that independently; currently pulls the total, but unable to break that down into detail

Add keyboard shortcut/ hot key to end a phone call
Rather than having to click on the red button to end a phone call (tricky sometimes to navigate back to the app to find the button).... Create a hot key/ shortcut on the keyboard so that we can hang up a phone call without needing to use the mouse.
