My customers are getting used to texting me. When I am out on vacation, there is no way for them to know that I am not in the office and not checking text messages. This would be very helpful.

IVR change default greeting being played 3 times

The current default for IVRs is for the greeting to be played 3 times before transferring to a group or extension. It would be nice if you could change that to 1. I don't want listeners to have to listen to the message 3 times.
