Add a call log for a video meeting

Attendance of Participants on RingCentral video meeting whether they call in or use video. The names of the participants do not currently show on the video recording that is viewed by participants unable to make the meeting.

Currently we are only able to send out daily reports everyday. Can you please set it where we can just send it out Monday - Friday?

We have different roles set up, for example Sales. We would like the to be able to listen to all sales calls but no other recordings.

Call Queues set on Simultaneous are able to answer more then one caller.

Call queues are able to see all unanswered clients and answer multiple clients at a time by putting the pervious client on hold to answer the next client.
