Allow me to pull a list of all extensions for a site, including users, limited extensions, paging groups, call queues, IVRs, etc This would be great. We have several hundred sites and site managers are constantly asking for their extension lists.

Allow us to change the default target of where files are downloaded in Chat.

So we can organize how our files are downloaded rather than them just defaulting to the downloads folder.

Add keyboard shortcut/ hot key to end a phone call

Rather than having to click on the red button to end a phone call (tricky sometimes to navigate back to the app to find the button).... Create a hot key/ shortcut on the keyboard so that we can hang up a phone call without needing to use the mouse.
