Have the ability to notify all employees via text or email that the office/business would be closed due to weather or an emergency situation like power outage etc.

It would be great to have the ability to use RC to send a notification via email, text or the RC phone app to alert employees that they don't need to come into the office because of weather or some type of problem like power outage, fire or whatever.

Forward caller id from Parking Lot

In addition to forwarding caller id's when transferring calls, need to do the same for calls that are 1st parked and then picked up. Currently, when a parked call is picked up its id is Park or something like that.

Message Layout

In the app for messaging, could the message we sent be on the right side of the screen like in Teams, and the other members messages be on the left side? It's so hard to read right now with everything on the left side.
