It is confusing having American settings.

With the Classic version of RingCentral Glip we were able to add the app and have it integrated. Many of the integrated apps are gone now. Including Box/Dropbox.

Can you just add a Scheduled Meetings button for webinars already on the schedule so we can send them out to people? I cannot find where they are once scheduled and I need to send reminders out to the team.

When any phone call comes through RingCentral, it would be nice to have the phone ringing say "RingCentral" because we use our personal phones as work phones, it would be great to have that distinction

I think it would be a good idea if calling internal colleagues in ring central to be able to make a video call or be able to in a phone call a trigger button to make the call a video call, rather than having to hang up and a arrange a separate cal...

Requesting feature to add more that 3 members to a ring group and to ring at the same time

Its helpful to be able to see your "favorites" if they are on a call prior to calling or transferring a call. Please import full HUD functionality into new RC app under the phone part. Thanks!

I will likely need to find another service that works for 3 way text messaging as that is a very important feature I need.

As the business owner, I need to be able to see each users call logs, text logs and video logs that each has on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
