I am unable to answer phone calls on behalf of my manager when using the any of the mobile apps; it does not work on the 'RingCentral Phone' or 'RingCentral Unified'. I am working phone home and need to be able to answer calls on my mobile phone.

Adding user's job title in RingCentral should Sync with Ring Central Desktop

When I add a job title for a user through https://service.ringcentral.com/application/users/, that job title is not added or synced up with the title in the RingCentral desktop app. This would allow better admin management of the organization.

Hide a user or call queue from Directory

Some 'users' are created strictly for forwarding to call queue purposes. Some call queues are setup strictly for routing purposes and do not need to be cluttering up directory causing confusion for users.
